To help avoid unplanned breakdowns, and save you money, we offer preventative maintenance contracts specifically designed for your robotic equipment.

We include a 5% discount off all parts and training for the duration of the contract.

ABB Robot training

With over 25 years of conducting ABB certified robotics training, you will find no one more experienced than Robot Spares.

Robot Spares can offer basic, as well as advanced robot training.

Training courses can be customised to suit individual requirements and needs.

Training can be arranged to be onsite, offsite, or even mixed.

Breakdown Support

We pride ourselves on fast, knowledgeable breakdown support if your robotic system goes down.

We know that time is critical in these circumstances and make it as easy as possible to get your system up and in production again.

Programming

From simple modifications, re-structure or complete re-programming.

Robot Spares have an in-depth knowledge of the ABB RAPID programming features, and options and will be able to assist with your programming requirements.

Phone Support

We recognise that not every breakdown requires a site visit, and that every factory has different skill levels on-site.

We offer limited free off-site telephone technical support of up to 30 minutes once we have established that the operator has sufficient skills to work in a safe manner.

If the off-site support takes longer, we are happy to continue at very reasonable rates.
